I think I need to do the same thing soon! I know I always feel better when I go, but now I'm afraid of the muscle soreness the next day!

Do you usually just do classes or do you like other kinds of workouts too?

just classes. I find the gym space too overwhelming.

I’m fine,I mowed the lawn today,did some cleaning and watched a documentary then cooked tea,I don’t know if I’m in the right group as I’m a senior 61 yrs .

Well, I did not make it. I was on the way. There was a miscommunication with my husband and I thought he could get our son ready for bed but he couldn't. So I had to turn around. 

It's so frustrating when I think I could do something for myself and it's just unrealistic in my life.

@tyme thanks,  I'm ok. Taking so.e deep breaths. Had a hot shower and now sitting in a quiet and dark room chilling.

@Shaz51 yes I have a cat and a dog. My cat doesn't always like to come sit with Mr. When she does, we stop everything and pat her. Haha my dog is sitting near me atm but he is already dreaming of playing ball. He's very cute. I will have to wake him in a sec so he can have the last wee of the day!
