@Former-Member @Pepsimax I have an appointment with my psych soon yes. i will try my best to tell him how i am feeling i just get so confused as to when something is a thing i should be worried about or not. like sometimes i know it is not what everyone else thinks but i still think it and i dont know if it is a bad thing or if it is ok or ugh it is all so hard to tell.

Hey @Eden1919 I had really hard sruff to tell my psychiatrist and I wrote it all down journal it all he just read it all
