My intention is to take one day at a time and survive Tafe until the 31st of October. After that I just have a project and some prac hours left to do. Three assessments to go. Two this Thursday and one on the 31st.

What intentions are you setting for this week?
Personally, I am trying to rewire those sticky neural pathways that are keeping me in my conditioning - and it's bloody hard!! (to say the least)
So this week, I would like to follow the 'One Small Promise' idea, which The Holistic Psychologist explores in her work. It work under the premise that 'making a tiny, daily commitment to yourself to build self-trust helps to create lasting change.'
I invite you to do this too, if you'd like to join me! There's no pressure to write your daily promise each day, but maybe you'd like to reflect on how you went at the end of the week? Excited to see what you share! 🫶
